Consumers can turn to the Internet Ombudsstelle for disputes about online transactions, a state-recognised arbitration body under the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG). Applicable law and places of jurisdiction are governed by the terms. Statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
