Sell your music, keep 90 %
Upload your music in studio quality, set your own prices and sell directly to your fans. No subscription model, no algorithm deciding what you earn.
Opening for artists soon
Bitsound has been around since 1998. Back then, I used it to give away my own songs as free downloads. Now Bitsound is back, with an idea that has been on my mind for a long time:
With Spotify and the like, you pay every month and in the end you own nothing. On Bitsound, you buy music and it is yours: lossless files to download, forever, no subscription, no copy protection.
For artists, this means: you sell directly to your fans and keep 90% of the net price.
Right now, Bitsound only has my own music on it. Before I open it up to everyone, I want to know whether there is real interest, because tax advice, legal review and running the platform cost money. Once around 20 artists have signed up, I will open Bitsound to everyone.
